Markus
was first an analytical chemist, then a pharmacologist, and now he’s finally a winegrower. He studied at the Geisenheim University of Viticulture in Germany and travelled the world. After working in Australia, Italy and the Wachau Valley in Austria, he took over the family winery in Poysdorf. He loves Shiraz, Gewürztraminer and snowboarding.
Kerstin
studied Business Management and is a trained sommelier and WSET Diploma student. She has travelled the world for wine and also worked for one of Austria’s most renowned wineries for more than a decade before settling in Poysdorf. She is the first contact for everything relating to Fritz & Frieda.
Robert
is a winegrower and farmer with heart and soul, plus extensive formal education. He is also a certified wine-taster, possessing a deep knowledge of our region and wine-growing heritage. In his spare time he’s a keen tennis player and firefighter, and Robert even looks a bit like Fritz.
ChristinA
is a workaholic and driving force. In her “spare time“ she
manages an institution for disabled people with 150 employees. She has a Master’s degree in Education Science and a teaching degree, and she is a skilled worker for wine-growing and vinification, infamous for generally insisting that “No“ is not an option.
